Introducing Broker

A broker-dealer who had a direct relationship with a client, but delegates the work of the floor operation and trade execution to another firm. Introducing Brokers are able to charge a fee-per-trade unit for each asset class, markup (or markdown) interest rates, or manually invoice the client for services rendered.
