From the pricing it looks like the trader sold the spread on the NBBO prices, taking a bearish position. The delta of the spread is 37, so the overall delta of the trade was 37,000. The open interest in both strikes was 1,300 this morning so it is unclear if this was an opening or closing trade. CERE is currently trading at $40.90. CERE has a 52-week high of $43.59 and a 52-week low of $19.59.

    CERE is being bought for 45 dollars cash by ABBV. They received a second request on February 24th. Depending on whether this was a debit or credit spread the trader is taking a position on whether or not the deal closes by October 18th.
