Amanda Pullinger, CEO of 100 Women in Finance and former principal of Aquamarine Capital Management, is a woman dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the financial services industry, in order to increase the visibility of young female investment professionals to inspire the next generation. She leads a staff of 15, and provides direction to more than 500 active volunteers who implement Vision 30/40 across 27 locations: the goal for women to occupy 30% of investment team and executive leadership roles by 2040.

Strengthening the global finance industry, 100 Women in Finance empowers women with a network, resources, and knowledge to find their personal path to success. This webinar highlights 100 Women in Finance and focuses on Ms. Pullinger’s career, her work with and role within the 100 Women in Finance organization, and her broader experience of navigating the financial industry as a woman.
